Sahi Ram was the runner-up. The winning margin was 1,24,333 votes, equal to 9.64% of all valid votes.
The government JSON export gives winner and runner-up columns the same machine names. That causes the later runner-up values to overwrite the winner's party, symbol, category, gender, and vote total. Election.org does not publish those ambiguous fields here.
