Election.org
goes global.
Every country with a published 2024 World Bank population of at least 50 million now has a permanent Election.org record. Each source and gap stays visible while elections, institutions, offices, candidates, results, and political finance connect to one stable country ID.
See who selects whom—and who can stop whom.
A list of agencies cannot explain a government. Election.org now turns constitutional relationships into a shared visual language: dots for institutions and one focused lens at a time for election, appointment, confidence, removal, veto, oversight, or review.

47 permanent records—and the universal expansion is underway.
“Major country” now has a reproducible data rule: every World Bank country with a published 2024 population of at least 50 million is included. The original G20-plus-Spain foundation and prior official-source expansions remain. Aggregate regions and income groups are excluded, population is not a ranking, and a country record is never presented as finished election coverage.

Country pages are the root of the international graph. The same identity and provenance contract already used in the United States can now accept national and local adapters without breaking URLs every election cycle.
- 01Resolve the country
ISO codes and stable Election.org IDs.
- 02Attach the institution
Election authority and parliament sources.
- 03Add permanent offices
Seats survive candidates and election cycles.
- 04Expand source by source
Unknown stays null until an adapter proves it.
39 national result systems, built from official records.
Browse the coverage at a glance. Every adapter has permanent URLs, a public API, source links, and explicit gaps—without turning a historical result into a claim about current officeholders.
Indirect election and appointment remain distinct from popular election results.

Each page publishes stable country identifiers, the International IDEA electoral-management label and source year, mapped parliament institutions, official election-authority links where asserted, and an explicit list of missing product layers. India adds all 543 historical 2024 Lok Sabha constituency winners without publishing collided source fields. The United Kingdom adds all 650 verified House of Commons constituencies and 4,515 candidate vote records. Canada adds all 343 official 2025 House of Commons riding results, including 1,959 candidates and complete ballot reconciliation. Australia adds all 150 official final 2025 House divisions, 1,126 candidacies, first preferences, TCP counts, turnout, and informal ballots. Germany adds all 299 official final 2025 Bundestag constituencies, both vote layers, 630 elected members, and every seat-coverage outcome. Japan adds the Ministry's official 2024 House quick-result workbooks for all 47 prefectures, both ballot layers, 14 filing-party categories, and all 465 published winning seats. Argentina adds its official provisional 2023 presidential runoff national endpoint, both candidacies, and all 24 electoral-district endpoints while keeping the district-to-national difference explicit. Spain adds the definitive 2023 Congress result for all 52 constituencies, all 350 seats, and all 350 names in the historical elected-members workbook without presenting that file as a live roster. The Republic of Korea adds the NEC's 2025 presidential table for all five candidacies and all 17 regions, preserving the source's 100.0% counting status without inventing a legal-certification label. Indonesia adds KPU Decision No. 360 of 2024, Annex I with all three presidential tickets, 38 province totals, the separately labeled overseas result district, and 164,227,475 reconciled valid votes. Fields that Annex I does not publish—registered voters, turnout, invalid ballots, and blank ballots—remain absent rather than inferred. Türkiye adds the final YSK 2023 presidential runoff accounting, both candidacies, all 81 official province open-data rows, and separate domestic, overseas, and customs components. The one-ballot and registered-voter differences between the open-data snapshot and final PDFs are published rather than silently merged. The Netherlands adds the Kiesraad's final 2025 House EML: all 27 national party totals, all 20 electoral-district vote aggregates, all 150 seats, and all 150 people named elected. Those person records are historical results, not current-tenure claims. Nigeria adds INEC's official 2023 presidential declaration: all 18 candidate totals, national ballot accounting, and all 36 states plus the FCT in the separately labeled IReV result-document coverage table. Those coverage rows are not presented as state candidate-vote totals. Norway adds Valgdirektoratet's official final 2025 Storting API, all 19 electoral districts, all 22 national party totals, the complete 4,919-candidate roster, 169 elected-result markers, and 447 alternate markers. Candidate pages retain only the public election fields needed for the result and make no current-tenure claim. Belgium adds the Federal Public Service Interior's final 2024 Chamber workbooks: all 11 federal constituencies, 25 national party totals, 150 seats, 2,380 candidate-result rows, 150 elected markers, and 530 ranked alternates. Rhode-Saint-Genèse turnout remains an explicit shared-canton field instead of being divided by inference. Chile adds SERVEL's official preliminary 2025 presidential portals and polling-table workbooks: both national rounds, all eight candidacies, all 16 domestic regions, 346 communes, and 63 voting-abroad country records. Portal and workbook rollups remain separate because their published totals differ and the workbooks' ballot classes do not reconcile to their own total fields. Portugal adds the CNE final 2025 Assembly map, its official elected-name correction, and the separately bounded SGMAI provisional scrutiny workbook: all 21 final national candidature totals, 22 final electoral-circle outcomes, 230 corrected elected-result names, 308 municipality rows, 3,092 parish rows, and every published voting-abroad country and consular aggregate. Granular workbook values remain visibly provisional and never replace the final legal result. Austria adds the Federal Ministry of the Interior's final 2024 National Council workbooks: all 12 national ballot lists, all 183 seats, 9 state results, 39 regional constituencies, 116 political districts, 2,115 municipalities, 164 separately bounded postal-vote components, and 6,739 published candidate-list records. Candidate pages preserve source list scope and preference votes without inferring elected status, current tenure, birth year, or occupation. Sweden adds Valmyndigheten's final 2022 Riksdag workbooks: 6,477,970 valid party votes, all 29 constituencies, 89 named party totals, all 349 seats, and 5,948 candidate personal-vote records. Candidate pages explicitly do not infer elected or current-member status. Taiwan adds the Central Election Commission's official 2024 presidential result register and complete geographic workbooks: all three candidate tickets, all 22 city and county totals, 368 district and township totals, 7,738 village totals, and 17,795 polling-place rows. Every published row passes the four official ballot identities, while the jurisdiction note remains neutral on sovereignty and international recognition. Russia adds the CEC's signed 2024 presidential protocol and consolidated table: all four national candidate totals, complete ballot accounting, and all 91 commission rows. Six territorial source labels are explicitly flagged as disputed; reproducing the source does not assert sovereignty, election legitimacy, or current tenure.
