California has an amendment-normalized CAL-ACCESS adapter; New York preserves published amendment flags without unsafe version replacement; and Washington preserves signed correction adjustments while withholding unclassified payee names; Colorado removes source-marked superseded rows while failing closed on malformed source rows; and Massachusetts uses OCPF's nightly latest-version report export with exact four-decimal amounts; and Pennsylvania retains official report amendment flags without inventing a replacement sequence, while withholding contributor and payee identities the source cannot safely classify. Florida publishes exact official query-row sums while withholding unclassified contributor and payee identities and making no unsupported amendment-normalization claim. Connecticut retains original and amendment rows separately because the official extracts expose no transaction replacement ID, publishes only source-classified non-individual contributor groups, and withholds every payee name. Illinois removes source-marked archived rows and withholds all contributor and payee identities because its export does not reliably classify people versus organizations. Minnesota publishes itemized contribution, general-spending, and independent-expenditure rows from official Board downloads, keeps independent spending separate, publishes only source-classified political-entity contributor aggregates, and withholds every vendor identity. Virginia selects the latest amendment for each stable report identity, publishes only source-classified non-individual name aggregates, and keeps in-kind contributions visible in both receipt and expenditure totals as required by the source's own reconciliation. North Carolina reconciles separate official receipt and expenditure CSV exports to the source search counts, withholds every unclassified contributor and payee identity, and makes no amendment claim the public export cannot prove.
