People's Consultative Assembly

House of Representatives
Holds lawmaking, budgeting, and oversight functions and participates in the constitutional presidential-removal process.
President and Vice-President
Are directly elected as a pair; the President exercises executive authority, participates in lawmaking, and appoints ministers.
Supreme Court
Exercises judicial power and nominates three of the nine Constitutional Court justices.
Constitutional Court
Finally reviews laws against the Constitution, resolves specified institutional and election-result disputes, and rules on a House removal opinion.
