Sweden's Instrument of Government and official Riksdag guidance connect direct parliamentary elections, Speaker-led government formation, Riksdag approval and no-confidence control, prime-ministerial appointment of ministers, government proposals and implementation, government appointment of permanent judges, and judicial review of conflicting provisions.
No invented arrows. A line is published only when an attached constitution or official institution explicitly supports the relationship. An institution source by itself does not justify an inferred line.

Speaker of the Riksdag
Consults party groups, proposes a Prime Minister, issues the appointment letter, and discharges ministers when constitutional conditions require.
Prime Minister
Is approved through the Riksdag process and appoints the other ministers.
Government
Governs the nation, proposes bills, implements Riksdag decisions, and appoints permanent judges.
Courts of law
Adjudicate independently and must not apply provisions that conflict with fundamental or other superior law.
