The ECT summary publishes party-list vote totals for the 17 parties receiving a list seat. Those rows total 35,730,277 of 37,522,746 valid votes. Election.org keeps the remainder visible and assigns none of it to a party.

The adapter publishes both national ballot ledgers, all 500 seats split into 400 constituency and 100 party-list seats, the constituency-seat totals for every party receiving one, and the party-list vote and seat totals for all 17 parties receiving a party-list seat.
The two ballot systems remain separate. Election.org calculates only clearly labeled shares and source differences. The result establishes a historical election outcome, not current House membership, current party status, government formation, or present office tenure.
