FEC compliance automation

Less administrative friction. Clear human responsibility.

Recurring filing and disclosure tasks need reliable ownership. Scope reminders, tracking and report-preparation workflows around your committee's actual process, with review and filing responsibilities kept explicit.

What we scope togetherA defined automation workflow that assists, rather than replaces, your treasurer.
The working brief

What your quote should cover.

Confirm what is included, what is not and who approves it.

01

Filing reminders

Map the committee's reporting calendar, owners and reminder channels. Dates and obligations require review against current official guidance.

02

Disclosure tracking

Identify source records, review checkpoints and outstanding items. Agree secure access and the information the workflow may process.

03

Report preparation

Confirm which reports, exports or draft-generation steps are supported. Do not assume direct electronic filing or every form is included.

04

Exception alerts

Scope alerts, escalation owners and resolution tracking. An alert is not a legal determination or a certificate of compliance.

From inquiry to scope

A clear path forward.

  1. Map the workflow

Describe current systems and the manual steps creating friction; do not send account credentials or financial records.

  2. Set responsibilities

Agree supported forms, access, validations, review steps and the person responsible for submitting filings.

  3. Validate before reliance

Review agreed outputs and exceptions with your treasurer or qualified adviser before using them for a filing.

Before you commit

Your questions, answered.

Does automation replace the committee treasurer?

No. FEC guidance assigns responsibilities to a committee's treasurer. Workflow assistance does not transfer those responsibilities to software or establish that a filing is complete or compliant.

Does the service automatically file with the FEC?

Do not assume direct filing is included. Your quote must name the supported preparation or submission steps, tools, forms and approvals. An inquiry does not authorize account access or submission.

Is Election.org the FEC or a legal adviser?

No. This is a commercial workflow-support inquiry, not a government service or legal opinion. Confirm legal and reporting obligations with official guidance, your treasurer and qualified counsel.
